It's told through the point of view of Anaka, one of the girls recruited by Kiki to join her group, the Irregulars. It's a great, kind of like Artemis Fowl, but with no fairies. I highly recommend it, espically for girls, because the book gives a lot of advice on how to take advantage of being a girl when your in a tight stituation and how to effectivly disguise yourself with waht you have in your closet. ...
